convenient location attentive team perfect breakfast water leakage inconsistent pressure noise issue

The location was very convenient, near key sites. The foyer team recognized us always, very attentive! Breakfasts were perfect and service was friendly, too. I enjoyed starting each day there.

The shower leaked water onto the floor. This was quite annoying after each shower. I also noticed that the water pressure was inconsistent. I also thought the soundproofing could be improved. I heard some noise from the street.

lovely location quality linens service oriented

i really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. i found that it was very convenient. the beds and linens were top notch. oscar was very service oriented, wanting to be sure our room service dinner was a good experience, so thoughtful.

housekeeping needs more work since they did not replenish the coffee cups in the morning, a little disappointing. also, i saw a soiled rag left in our room. the staff is amazing, so that would make this hotel near perfect.

The room was super clean and spacious. it featured a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. feather pillows were included. This was a nice touch. the television easily streamed netflix. I really appreciated this detail.

the building is architecturally appealing and modernized for today's clientele. breakfast is awesome on the rooftop with beautiful views of the city. the hotel is historic. the hotel's location makes it near perfect.
